Appointments and Cancellations
Upon booking the patient must complete a “First Appointment” form prior to receiving any services. This is done via electronic submission to Brain Gut Connect for secure patient record storage.
Brain Gut Connect is a Telehealth only practice (secure video/virtual/online). There may be instances where a practitioner deems it necessary for a patient to have in-person contact with a health professional. In this instance, the practitioner will refer the patient accordingly for the best possible care.
Payment for services is required at the time of booking an appointment, booking a test or ordering products. Cancellation of appointment requires 24 hours notice for a full refund. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, it will be the discretion of the practitioner to offer to reschedule otherwise, a new booking will need to be made.
